Minimum Qualifications:

·        Diploma degree in Business Administration, or any related field.

·        Fresh graduate with one year of experience in customer services or a corporate environment; preferably in the insurance industry or TPA/MSO company.

·        Computer literate and excellent knowledge of MS Office

·        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·        Good command of the English language.

·        Negotiation skills
