•     Bachelors or master’s degree in an IT or computing subject,

•     Experience with problem-solving and troubleshooting and be able to organize their own workload.

•     Understand the full process of designing, creating, testing and implementing applications.

•     PC proficiency using a variety of software packages

•     Experience in Oracle products will be considered an asset

•     Proven track record of strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

•     Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills

•     Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills.

•     Resolving issues, being proactive, being focused, Being a team player, Being a good communicator, Being accurate, Project management, Troubleshooting

Qualification/Experience:

·        4 to 6 years’ experience in a similar roles, especially in MedNext+ system
