Chief Commercial Officer

Your Profile:

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including significant commercial, strategic or general management responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
• Proven ability to lead large and geographically dispersed teams through periods of growth, transformation and change.
• A proven track record of senior commercial leadership experience, ideally within Third Party Administrators (TPA’s), health insurance, healthcare administration, or related financial services sectors.
• Deep understanding of the UAE health insurance market, including payer dynamics, regulatory landscape and established relationships with key decision-makers across insurers, brokers and healthcare providers
• Strong understanding of health insurance principles, healthcare ecosystems and relevant regulatory environments.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies, entering new markets and delivering measurable commercial results.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on profitability, value creation and customer outcomes.
• Experience driving product innovation and new revenue-generating opportunities.
• Experience building and managing executive-level relationships with clients, partners, regulators and government entities.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Significant experience leading regional or multi-country operations and managing complex stakeholder environments.
