MedNet, a leading healthcare management and third-party administration (TPA) provider and part of Munich Re Group, is seeking an exceptional Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead the next phase of our commercial growth and market expansion journey.
This is a rare opportunity for a visionary and results-driven executive to influence the future of healthcare administration across the region. As a member of the MedNet Leadership Team, the CCO will be responsible for defining and executing MedNet's commercial strategy, accelerating profitable growth, strengthening client and partner relationships, developing profitable products and services and positioning the organization for long-term success in an increasingly dynamic healthcare landscape.
Leading a diverse and geographically dispersed commercial organization, the successful candidate will champion a customer-centric, performance-driven culture while identifying new opportunities for growth across existing and emerging MedNet locations.
Your Role:
- Develop and execute a compelling commercial strategy that supports MedNet's long-term business objectives and sustainable growth ambitions.
- Drive profitable revenue growth and increase market share across existing and new markets.
- Identify emerging market trends, customer needs and product innovation opportunities to strengthen MedNet's competitive positioning.
- Lead all aspects of business development, client management, strategic partnerships, branding and market expansion across the Group.
- Partner closely with Munich Re's Client Management and Business Development teams to maximize opportunities and strengthen client engagement across the region.
- Oversee strategic marketing, brand and partnership initiatives to enhance MedNet's visibility, reputation and leadership position within the healthcare ecosystem.
- Lead the development of new products, propositions and service offerings that create meaningful value for clients and deliver sustainable profitability.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key clients, insurers, brokers, healthcare providers, regulators, government stakeholders and business partners.
- Represent MedNet at executive forums, industry events and key stakeholder engagements, serving as an ambassador for the organization and the Munich Re Group.
- Champion transformation initiatives that enhance the client experience and improve commercial effectiveness.
- Inspire and develop high-performing commercial teams across multiple markets, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and excellence.
- Drive organizational alignment and change management initiatives to ensure a consistent and market-leading commercial approach across all MedNet entities.
Your Profile:
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including significant commercial, strategic or general management responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
- Proven ability to lead large and geographically dispersed teams through periods of growth, transformation and change.
- A proven track record of senior commercial leadership experience, ideally within Third Party Administrators (TPA’s), health insurance, healthcare administration, or related financial services sectors.
- Deep understanding of the UAE health insurance market, including payer dynamics, regulatory landscape and established relationships with key decision-makers across insurers, brokers and healthcare providers
- Strong understanding of health insurance principles, healthcare ecosystems and relevant regulatory environments.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies, entering new markets and delivering measurable commercial results.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on profitability, value creation and customer outcomes.
- Experience driving product innovation and new revenue-generating opportunities.
- Experience building and managing executive-level relationships with clients, partners, regulators and government entities.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Significant experience leading regional or multi-country operations and managing complex stakeholder environments.
