Compliance & Legal Manager

Your Profile:

·        Bachelor degree (experience in business administration/ legal/compliance preferred)

·        Good knowledge of and good experience in legal, compliance and regulatory business affairs. Additional experience in governance and risk management would be an advantage

·        Experience working within a developed regulatory regime

·        Good knowledge of the applicable laws and regulations relating to company governance and obligations

·        Health Insurance/ Reinsurance background and experience with a very good understanding of the key risks and controls in this area is an advantage

·        Excellent oral and written communication skills, with fluency in English is a must; Arabic is an advantage

·        Good interpersonal and communication skills

·        Distinct analytical skills, drive and clarity in thinking
