General Manager - Egypt
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Management or equivalent as well as a globally recognised Insurance qualification
- Minimum of 8 years experience in a Third Party Administration (TPA) or insurance company, of which at least 3 years at a senior managerial level in a similar environment
- Thorough understanding of general (health) insurance principles and business models with knowledge about applicable local market laws and regulations
- Business-minded, strategic orientation and conceptual thinking with general management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of the organisation with fluency in business English; Arabic is an advantage
- Ability to manage a multi cultural work force with effective coaching and mentoring skills and ability to motivate teams at different levels
- Excellent negotiation problem solving skills
- Strong customer focus
