Head of Commercial

Your Profile:

·       10 years’ in diverse senior management roles, including at least 5 years in a general management role or commercial role preferably in the insurance or TPA sector; preferably with previous exposure to the MEA region

·       Experience of managing relationships with government or other public-sector representatives at a senior level

·       Strong knowledge of the health insurance sector, regional laws and regulations

·       Thorough understanding of the insurance principles, business models

·       Strategic orientation and general management skills

·       Advanced knowledge in digital transformation of businesses

·       Excellent analytical skills

·       Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills
