Head of Human Resources - MedNet
Your Profile:
- Bachelor degree in HR Management or equivalent, preferably Master’s degree or CIPD certification.
- Minimum of 10 years HR business partnering and HR operational management experience in a similar sector, preferably in a Third Party Administrator or Insurance industry or IT industry with experience in managing teams virtually and working in matrix organisational structures
- Knowledge of labor laws in the Middle East region, specifically UAE, Saudi, Oman, Bahrain, Jordan, and Egypt is an advantage and is able to lead on HR legal and regulatory topics in the Middle East.
- Knowledge of global best practices in HR management.
- Knowledge of Oracle HRMS or Oracle Fusion system is a plus.
- Strategic planning experience is essential, ensuring impacts of all decisions and approaches are understood and risks are managed.
- Coaching, education and communication facilitation is preferred, with the ability to develop and deliver key messages on the range of HR challenges and topics concisely and in the most relevant manner.
- Collaborative team player, with strong communication skills who is able to challenge senior managers.
- Comprehensive experience in developing and maintaining robust and business focused relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring service delivery is proactive and relevant.
- Change agent approach with focus on business value creation, pragmatic, persistent, determined, dynamic thinking and perform under pressure and to deliver on short deadlines.
- Be able to travel as required to MedNet locations across the Middle East.
