Head of MedNet

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or General Management with a globally recognised Insurance qualification
• 10 years’ in diverse senior management roles, including at least 5 years in a general management  or operational management role, preferably in the insurance or TPA sector; exposure to international companies and Middle East experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of the health insurance and TPA industry and business models, including expertise and experience in digitalization and automation projects
• Strong strategic leadership skills, including building and leading of high performing teams in multi-cultural environments
• Proven experience in financially steering a for profit service business model
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective negotiation, coaching and mentoring skills
