HR Manager
Your Profile:

Bachelor degree in HR Management or
equivalent
·
Minimum of 6 years overall HR management
experience in a similar sector, preferably in the Insurance industry with
experience in managing a small HR team
·
Knowledge of the KSA’s social security and
labour laws as well as knowledge of global best practices in HR management
·
Convincing, assertive and able to make
decisions with a high customer focused attitude
·
Structured, analytical and results oriented
approach with good problem-solving skills
·
Very good interpersonal skills with the
ability to coach and mentor others, and respecting confidentiality of all
information received
·
Excellent written and oral communication
skills with fluency in English and Arabic
·
Excellent knowledge in Microsoft applications
such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point; experience in implementing
payroll systems would be an advantage
