Qualification/Experience:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (Priority) , Pharmacy or Medical Degree

Minimum Experience:

• 2 years’ experience in a customer service/call center role within a hospital /medical insurance environment or TPA.
