Officer Customer Service

Qualification/Experience:

Minimum Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in medical field; nursing or paramedic 

·       Educational qualifications in medical related field will be an added advantage.

Minimum Experience:

·       6months – 2years years proven experience in managed care industry of UAE and customer service role, preferably in a contact center or call center environment 3 experience in insurance and healthcare industry is a plus
