Officer - IT ( Process Engineer )
MedNet Jordan is one of the leading managed care service organizations that caters to healthcare needs. We are currently seeking to hire an Officer - IT (Process Engineer) (on Hybrid working modules basis) with the following tasks and responsibilities:
Your Job:
· Analyze existing business and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and improvement opportunities.
· Lead process re‑engineering initiatives from assessment through design, implementation, and stabilization.
· Design optimized workflows, procedures, and process maps using recognized methodologies such as BPMN, Lean, and Six Sigma.
· Act as a functional support focal point for business applications to ensure efficient usage aligned with business processes.
· Translate business needs into clear process and application requirements.
· Design reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor efficiency and benefits realization.
· Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and facilitate workshops to support process change adoption.
· Document processes, standards, and improvement outcomes and ensure governance consistency.
Your Profile:
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, Industrial Engineering or any related field.
Minimum Experience:
· 2–4 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or business application support.
Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills:
· Strong analytical and structured thinking.
· Proficiency in process mapping tools (BPMN, Visio, Lean Six Sigma).
· Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
· Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to operate effectively in evolving and low‑structure environments.
