Operations Manager

Qualifications - External

·         Business or related University degree, MBA is a plus

·         Medical degree from a school recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO) is a plus

·         Six-sigma or other process improvement methodology certification is a plus.

·         Experience of medicine practice of which is at least 5 years in TPA / medical insurance sector

·         Experience in managing complex operations environments, at least the last 5 years in Senior roles

·         Operational track record with proven results

·         Experience in working with Senior management.

·         Experience working in a diverse and international environment.

·         Evidence of leading and closing successful Projects

·         Experience in working in a very regulated and strong compliance ethics environment.
