Qualification/Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, preferably in economics, mathematics or business administration
Minimun Experience:
- 3 - 4 years of experience in a similar role (insurance industry is not a must)
Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills:
- Sound experience in operations and IT project management (Project Management qualifications – PRINCE, APM, PMI are an advantage)
- Process improvement training and experience are an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially profound experience in developing PowerPoint Presentations, MS Project, MS Excel
- Fluent business English (verbal and written skills)
