Senior Network Officer

MedNet Jordan is one of the leading managed care service organizations that caters to healthcare needs. We are currently seeking to hire a Senior Network Officer (on Hybrid working modules basis) with the following tasks and responsibilities:
 

·       Expansion of the network access modules (Geographically, Service / Specialty mix, Innovation in network access).

·       Train the health care service provider’s staff on product’s offerings to ensure the effective achievement of defined managed health care objectives and optimal customer satisfaction.

·       Communicating the network access modules to the clients (Internal and external) in an understandable and structured manner.

·       Maintaining and reviewing internal and on-going benchmarks of MedNet’s medical network.

·       Maintaining MedNet’s network competitiveness by expanding the network access locally as required by business needs.

·       Conducting provider credentialing and new provider tariff negotiations. Lead the identification, selection, evaluation, negotiation, contracting and re - contracting process of health care service providers within the established corporate guidelines to ensure that all services are provided cost efficiently in accord to defined quality standards and procedures ensuring optimum protection for business interest.

·       Handling provider requests for tariff revisions to ensure a continued and sustained competitive edge to MedNet.

·       Study and prepare the needed requirement to evaluate provider’s reconciliation requests.  

·       Conduct trainings and orientation programs to health care service provider in an efficient manner and as per need.

·       Establish and maintain excellent relationship with health care service providers.

·       Manage all health care service provider requests.

·       Ensuring information related to the provider network is accessible to end-users.

·       Deliver training to new staff members in order to improve their knowledge and ensure their professional development.

·       Support the manager in reviewing and evaluation of provider performance against benchmarks/ established performance standards and ensure timely development of performance reports in order to keep the decision makers informed about network performance while recommending areas of improvement to enhance service levels.

·       Ensure functional relationship between internal departments and the network team and high level of communication and efficient & timely transfer of information takes place during operations.

·       Assist in identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the network development, operations management, systems, processes, and practices.

·       Follow and implement all Network’s department policies and procedures to ensure that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.

·       Support the network manager in the maintenance of monthly statistical reports to facilitate benchmarking and the performance management of network operations for management decision making

·       Liaison with all operational departments on health care service provider’s queries.
