Senior Officer Complaints Management

Minimum Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (customer service, business administration, communication) or equivalent work experience

Minimum Experience:

·       3+ years of previous experience in customer service complaint handling in healthcare and/or insurance industry is preferred.
