Senior Officer- MCC

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in medical field; nursing or paramedic 
• Educational qualifications in medical related field will be an added advantage.

Minimum Experience:

·   2-3 years proven experience in managed care industry of UAE and customer service role, preferably in a contact center or call center environment & experience in insurance and healthcare industry is a plus.
