Team Leader- Customer Service

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in medical field; nursing or paramedic 
• Educational qualifications in medical related field will be an added advantage.

Minimum Experience:

• 5 years of experience in Contact Center environment (Inbound, outbound, emails & chat) in which minimum of 3 years as team leader / supervisory role within healthcare industry or insurance related field.
