Your Profile:
· Bachelor
Degree in HR Management or equivalent
· Minimum
of 6 years overall HR management experience in a similar sector, preferably in
the Insurance industry with experience in managing a small HR team
- Experience of managing relationships with Government or other public-sector representatives
- Knowledge global best practices in HR management
- Convincing, assertive and able to make decisions
