IT Help Desk
MedNet Jordan is one of the leading managed care service organizations that caters to healthcare needs. We are currently seeking to hire an IT Help Desk – IT Department (on Hybrid working modules basis) with the following tasks and responsibilities:
• Respond to user queries via phone, email, or helpdesk ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide support for operating systems, Microsoft Office, email systems, and other standard business applications.
• Set up new user accounts, workstations, and manage user access rights in accordance with company policies.
• Document technical issues and solutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level IT staff or vendors when necessary.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
• Ensure timely updates, patches, and antivirus protection on all end-user systems.
• Assist with IT onboarding and training of new staff.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of IT policies and procedures.
• Monitor the IT environment through IT Infrastructure monitoring tools.
Your Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred certifications & working conditions :
• CompTIA A+, Network+
• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Office-based, with occasional off-site support as needed.
• May require occasional after-hours support or on-call duties.
