Your Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred certifications & working conditions :
• CompTIA A+, Network+
• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Office-based, with occasional off-site support as needed.
• May require occasional after-hours support or on-call duties.
